That is probably why he unlinked this channel from his main channel and probably hasn’t uploaded in like a YEAR on this channel because of your begging bringing nothing but pointless comments and ghost views and subscribers to his channel (that doesn’t help him grow in anyway) 😭🙏

If I bid on a tax lien, and they don't pay it after year 1, do I have to bid on the tax lien again the next year? When does/do I know that the property goes to foreclosure? Do you begin this process? How are you notified that you won a bid? What happens after this? If you win the bid, and the payment isn't made for the full year, this goes back to auction? How do you get your money back? If you bid again, that means you have to pay again as the property continues to sit there. At what point do you make money in this situation? Do you just lose the money from your first bid? Or is it accumulative upon payment or foreclosure (if you bid two years, are you given 2 years of interest)? What is an over the counter tax lien and where do you find them? Google searching just brings up more "tutorials" on tax liens and people asking you to pay them for advice that isn't actually helpful.

Why do some people SHOUT all the time?

Is this just for hard inquiry, or does it work for soft inquiries as well? I know soft inquiries don't matter as much, but i'd like my report to be squeaky clean to apply for a loan.

If so could you explain that as well I came across a now Wealthy man on UA-cam he started off by saying you can buy home deeds at Auctions for as little as 50$ I watched his entire video set up a time for his company to call me after I set up the appointment he had another video about it & people who have also made great $ but not 1 home/property deed was anywhere close to 50$ the lowest was 5,299 which was a complete dump so whats your advice which is safer & cost less for people who do not have 5k cash for me I live on a fixed income I can afford what you're doing!! I do have some questions can you only buy them in the county an state you live in or can I also buy in any state? Also what happens if the person does not pay their back taxes & lose the house if they are on Social Security benefits & have no assets I do know in the United States no matter what anyone on Social Security or Welfare 4 an example you can not take any of their money so then how would you get your investment back? Can you then own the property if you continue to pay the taxes or does it go back to the Bank Mortgage Holder, an if so then what happens?

You said if you really want it you’ll bet as low as 12% & if you don’t really want it you’ll bet at 16%. That part confuses me. Wouldn’t you have a better chance of winning the lien if you’re betting at a higher percentage or do they always give it to the lowest?
